- Acca
- A single bet that combines two or more selections; every selection must win for the bet to pay out.
- Asian Handicap
- A betting line that gives one team a half-goal or quarter-goal advantage, removing the draw as an option.
- Bankroll Management
- The practice of planning how much money to stake on each bet to protect your funds.
- Bet Builder
- A tool that lets you combine different markets from a single match into one custom wager.
- BTTS
- Short for Both Teams To Score; you bet on whether each side will score at least one goal.
- Cash Out
- An option to settle your bet early, locking in a profit or reducing a loss before the match ends.
- Correct Score
- A wager on the exact final score of a match, such as 2-1 or 3-0.
- Double Chance
- A bet that covers two of the three possible outcomes (home win/draw, away win/draw, or win for either side) in one wager.
- Draw No Bet
- A market that refunds your stake if the match ends in a draw, leaving only a win for one team.
- Each-Way
- A two-part bet where you back a selection to win and also to place (usually finish in the top positions), with a fraction of the odds paid for the place.
- European Handicap
- A handicap that gives a whole-goal advantage to one team, without the Asian half-goal or quarter-goal splits.
- Goal Line
- The total number of goals set for a match; you bet on whether there will be more or fewer goals than the line.
- Half-Time/Full-Time
- A bet that predicts the score at half-time and also the final result of the match.
- In-Play
- Betting on a match while it is already in progress, with odds that change as the game unfolds.
- KYC
- Short for Know Your Customer; the process the site uses to verify your identity and ensure safe, responsible gambling.
- Lay Bet
- A bet that a particular outcome will NOT happen, typically placed on a betting exchange against another bettor.
- Margin
- The extra percentage added to the true odds by the bookmaker to ensure they make a profit.
- Odds
- The numerical price of a bet that shows how much you can win relative to your stake.
- Over/Under
- A market where you wager on whether the total goals (or other statistic) will be above or below a set number.
- Profit Boost
- A promotion that increases the potential payout of a winning bet by a certain percentage.
- Risk-Free Bet
- A promotion that refunds your stake as a free bet if your first wager loses, up to a set amount.
- Self-Exclusion
- A tool that lets you temporarily or permanently block yourself from betting on the site.
- Stake
- The amount of money you put on a bet.
- Value Bet
- A wager where the odds offered are higher than the true probability of the outcome, giving an expected positive return over time.
- VIG
- Short for vigorish; the commission built into the odds that guarantees the bookmaker a profit on every market.
